Cori Lee M.S., L.Ac

Cori  received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture from Tri-State College of Acupuncture where she was trained in three styles including: Kiiko Matsumoto Style, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Acupuncture Physical Medicine.  As an Acupuncturist Cori is able to combine the three styles along with other modalities such as cupping, gua sha, and tuina in order to approach each patient individually.

Cori has a background biology, and has been working in the medical field for over ten years.  She was a member of the cancer research team at New York Presbyterian Hospital, and currently works in the clinical laboratory at Beth Israel Medical Center in both the hematology and chemistry departments..  Her work has given her a deep understanding of the mechanism of disease in the human body from a western medical perspective.

The decision to pursue acupuncture came from her desire to have a more personal relationship with her patients.  She strives to combine her knowledge of  the biological sciences with the philosophies of Oriental Medicine in order to provide holistic care to her patients.
